We are awakening into Spring with a Fertility Yoga journey through the chakras, releasing blocks and casting off stress as we renew our hormonal and nervous systems. 

Week 1: we will begin on February 19th working with the Root Chakra, releasing issues related to family and feeling safe and strengthening our grounding. Grounding is absolutely essential energetically for fertility - you want to be fully present and comfortable in your own skin, not living in your head or floating around in the ethers! Remember, you need to be home when the postman comes! This class will give you an experience of how it feels to be truly grounded and present while boosting circulation and energy to the lower pelvic organs, hips and legs. Welcome back libido!!

There will be a little journalling homework with question prompts (optional but recommended) in the lead up to each class to bring to the surface issues that you need/want to work on.

Following each class we will have a weekly home practice (10 -15 minutes daily)  supported by video and use simple but powerful self care practices from around the world that support fertility naturally, beginning with some of the self care practices from the Maya tradition in which I work. 

We will focus on building a healthy womb lining naturally, supporting healthy egg production and naturally balancing hormones through movement and meditation. No previous yoga experience needed, beginners are welcome as you work to your own level in class.
